Cancellation Policy:

Made a mistake with your order and want to cancel it? Reach out to us immediately at twinklub@gmail.com. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once your order us selected for dispatch.

Return Policy:

Only defective and damaged products can be reported and returned within 2 working days from the day of delivery. The refund amount will be processed within 15 working days. In the event that we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund of any payment received.
